Our Property Portfolio

Hortons' investments encompass industrial, leisure, offices and retail properties. The portfolio amounts to two million sq ft of premises, let to more than 600 tenants. Hortons' own a number of landmark buildings, notably in Birmingham and Wolverhampton, some of which were built by Isaac Horton himself.

Our Family History

The founding of Hortons can be traced back to Isaac Horton, who was born in 1821. He used income generated by his family’s provisions, butchery and cheese factoring concerns to create a substantial property and provisions business.
