Hortons' is primarily a commercial property company but with the increase in mixed use schemes it is inevitable that there should be some residential involvement. In 2001 we undertook a joint development with Cala Homes Limited at 35 Paradise Street, Birmingham to create 10 two-bedroom apartments.

In 2003 we created Cathedral Apartments, 6 residential units to let at Innovation Square in the heart of Birmingham's professional quarter, and are still held within the investment portfolio.
