Our area of activity is within 50 miles or 1 hour's drive time from Birmingham. Currently we are seeking to acquire offices, industrial and distribution properties in lots of between £2 million and £10 million.
We have recently been active with various development
schemes.
We have completed our first phase at Hollymoor Point,
Great Park, Birmingham, where we have built 2 industrial or warehousing
units of 28,111sqft and 40,584sqft the smaller of these has now been
sold. In Kettering we have built 6 B1 office units of 2,024 - 5,264sqft.
We are currently building a warehouse Unit of 26,846sqft
in North Coventry close to Junction 3 of the motorway. It is currently
available to let.
At the end January we complete
our B1 office scheme at Birmingham Business Park via our Joint Venture
Business Homes Midlands Ltd. The 12 units ranging from 2,500 sq ft
to 12,000 sq ft have proved to be very popular. Most units were pre-sold
and terms have now been agreed for the sale of the last unit. Some
sold units are still available to rent. We have now exchanged contracts
to buy our next site Abbey Court at the Vale Business Park, Eversham.
This scheme will be under construction very soon and will comprise
8 buildings ranging from 2,630sqft to 6,168sqft.
