In 2008 we developed a distribution unit of 26,846 sq ft at Wayside Business Park close to junction 3 M6 to the north of Coventry, which was subsequently let to an Automotive Company.

At Hollymoor Point Great Park, Rubery, SW Birmingham near to J4, M5 we are currently developing a new 49,000 sq. ft. unit for NVC and have a further plot with planning consent for a unit of 90,000 sq. ft. available.

Within the current investment portfolio the Company holds a number of existing Industrial properties. The company has diversified over more resent years to include this asset class in the portfolio. Multi let Industrial estates are held at Anchor Brook in Aldridge, where there are 22 units comprising approximately 130,000 sq ft. In addition estates are owed in Cursley, Willenhall, and Curdworth.

In 2010 the company acquired Hortonwood 7, in Telford which comprises of 12 units. This is let to a variety of occupiers, including the BSS Group.
